Like many others I ignored my weight gain until something drastic happened; my jeans split on a family holiday - I wanted the ground to swallow me up! I decided that something needed to change - that something was my relationship with food. I found my local Slimming World group and the minute I walked through the door I felt at ease. My weight loss journey brought me so much more than expected, as I found myself again and my confidence grew.
