When I joined Slimming World back in May 2015 I had gained weight to a point that I had never been before in my life. I remember getting dressed for work one day, bending down to pull up my socks and finding that my face had turned blue and I couldn't breathe due to the amount of weight I had gained. This was my turning point and I said to myself "enough is enough I have to do something about this". Like most people I'd tried many different diets yo-yoing up and down and always feeling hungry so in the end I'd give up. Since joining Slimming World I now eat healthily and I'm always left feeling full.
