Hot chocolate season is officially upon us, and coffee shops and cafes everywhere are choc-full of tempting drinks. The good news is, it’s easy to make delicious chocolate drinks at home – so there’s no need to venture out in the wintery weather to get your hot chocolate fix!
This Slimming World recipe brings you a classic chocolate and cherry flavour combination, and is made with white hot chocolate, black cherry syrup, light cream and chocolate sprinkles. This smooth, velvety hot chocolate tastes luxurious and indulgent, while fitting perfectly into the Slimming World plan. It’s the dream drink to sip while snuggling under a blanket!
Slimming World white forest hot chocolate

What you need:
50g canned black cherries in light syrup
11g sachet Options White Choc
3 level tbsp reduced-fat aerosol cream
1 level tsp chocolate sprinkles
fresh cherries, to decorate
What you do:
1. Blitz the cherries and syrup in your food processor, then push the mixture through a sieve into a jug. Drizzle half of the sauce around the inside of your mug.
2. Make up the hot chocolate in a separate jug according to the pack instructions. Pour into your mug then top with the cream, the remaining sauce, the chocolate sprinkles and some fresh cherries.
