These homemade jelly sweets are a delicious, slimming-friendly treat – and easy to make in just two steps. It’s easy to see why they’re a favourite with Slimming World members.

Slimming World jelly sweets recipes

Tip: We used a heart-shaped ice cube tray for this recipe, but you can use whatever moulds you have – as long as you make 24, the serving size is the same.
What you need:
2 x 11.5g sachets strawberry sugar-free jelly crystals
2 x 12g powdered gelatine sachets
170g fat-free natural yogurt
½ tsp vanilla extract
What you do:
1. Put the jelly crystals and gelatine in a jug, add 280ml boiling water and stir until dissolved. Allow to cool completely, then pour half the mixture into the moulds and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
2. Mix the remaining mixture with the yogurt and vanilla extract. Pour into the moulds and chill in the fridge until fully set – this should take about 2 hours.
