What’s great about these soft tortilla-style wraps is that you can stuff them with almost anything – and they’re perfect for using up leftovers.
Choosing lean meats like bacon (with visible fat removed) or skinless chicken – or Quorn sliced ham or chicken alternatives – with fresh salad and vegetables will give you the best weight loss results. We stuffed ours with a BLT filling to combine two genius ideas and make a scroll-stopping, slimming-friendly social media sensation!
Slimming World cottage cheese wrap recipe

What you need:
150g fat-free natural cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp onion granules
For a BLT filling (add 1 Syn per filled wrap):
3 back bacon rashers, visible fat removed
1 level tbsp extra-light mayonnaise
1 tbsp fat-free natural yogurt
shredded iceberg lettuce
1 tomato, thinly sliced
What you do:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/gas 4. Add the cottage cheese, egg, oregano and onion granules to a blender or food processer and whizz until smooth (alternatively, you can use a stick blender).
2. Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour the cottage cheese mixture onto it. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the mixture is cooked through and just starting to turn golden at the edges.
3. Remove the wrap from the oven and leave it to cool while you prepare the filling.
For a BLT filling:
4. Preheat your grill to hot. Grill the bacon on both sides until cooked to your liking, and set aside.
5. Mix the mayonnaise and yogurt together, then spread over the wrap. Add the lettuce, tomato and bacon, and fold over (or roll up). Serve with some salad.
