When the weather heats up, lots of us turn to our freezer for something scrummy to enjoy in the sun – and a Slimming World summer absolutely can be full of deliciously cooling treats. This fruity frozen yogurt bark is completely Free on the Food Optimising plan, so you can break off a shard whenever you fancy.

What you need:

250g fat-free natural yogurt
150g fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, strawberries hulled and sliced

What you do:

1. Line a wide baking tray with baking paper. Dollop the yogurt over the baking paper, then use a spatula or spoon to spread it around evenly, so it’s about 1cm thick.

2. Evenly scatter over the berries, then put the baking tray in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or it’s until completely solid.

3. When it’s ready to eat, leave to stand at room temperature for 5 minutes to soften slightly, then break the bark into pieces to serve.
