Dubai-style strawberries recipe 

makes 14

ready in 15 mins 

Tip: We made 14, but you can adjust this recipe according to the number of strawberries you have. 

What you need: 

30g plain dark chocolate  
20g pistachios, crushed  
400g fresh strawberries 

What you do: 

1. Put the chocolate in a microwaveable mug or bowl and ping it in the microwave at 30-second intervals until melted, then leave to cool briefly.  

2. Lay out the crushed pistachios on a plate. Dip each strawberry in the chocolate, coating evenly, and roll in the pistachios. Leave to set.
