ready in 15 minutes plus time to set
What you need:
40g milk or dark chocolate
1 eating apple, peeled and sliced into 4 thick slices (avoiding the centre core)
1 tsp 100s and 1,000s
What you do:
1. Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water, then set aside.
2. Insert lollipop sticks into the apple slices, then dip the apple lollies into the melted chocolate. Evenly sprinkle over the 100s and 1,000s, then leave to set. These will keep for 3 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
