Baked oats with raspberries
You can add a fruity twist to your baked oats with berries, chopped apples or apricots – counting the Syns for any cooked fruit (members can look up their favourite using the food search tool on the app or website).
Spiced baked oats
Roughly following our basic baked oats recipe, swap the raspberries for 25g sultanas (4 Syns) and add ½ tsp each of cinnamon, mixed spice and nutmeg before baking (members can find the full recipe on the app or website).
