What you need:
1 apple, unpeeled, cored and chopped
10 blackberries
1 level tsp sweetener granules (optional)
cinnamon stick (optional)
What you do:
1. Pour a mugful of freshly boiled water into a saucepan, add all the ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Allow to cool slightly, then strain and pour into a mug to enjoy. If you’d like to eat the cooked fruit, this adds ½ Syn.
