The first Slimming World Kitchen recipe boxes have been flying out of the door – and we’ve loved seeing the first reactions to our meal kits, packed with 100% Free Food (food that you can eat in unlimited amounts on our healthy eating plan, Food Optimising).

1. We’ve created ingredients specially! We spend a lot of time sourcing the best, great-tasting ingredients – even developing our own versions, to ensure that they’re fully Food Optimising-friendly. Shop-bought ingredients like peri-peri and jerk seasonings often contain sugar, so we created our very own sugar-free spice mixes, to keep them completely Free. We’ve also created Free curry pastes, to give your meals heaps of flavour – without needing a whole heap of spices.
2. Our meals are triple-tested. Every dish is cooked in the actual Slimming World kitchen at head office in Derbyshire (not in a factory), taste-tested to make sure it’s delicious, and checked with our team of nutritionists to ensure everything is 100% Free. This happens three times for each meal (or more if we’re still perfecting it!).
3. It’s suitable for many dietary preferences – including gluten-free. Each ingredient for every dish is listed on the website, so you can check before you buy. Some dishes include potatoes, rice and brown rice noodles – all naturally free from gluten. We also include two vegetarian and four vegan dishes in every menu.
4. All the family can get involved! You don’t have to be following Slimming World’s Food Optimising plan to enjoy Slimming World Kitchen meals – it really is for everyone, with family favourites like cowboy hotpot, cottage pie and spaghetti and meatballs on the table. So, if you’d love to get your whole family to eat healthy, homemade meals, without the hassle of planning, shopping and lots of preparation, we’ve got you covered. Plus, we’ve got quick and easy options that are great for on-the-go family life, too!
5. The menu changes every week. There are 15 different dishes to choose from each week, which change on a Sunday – so be sure to check back regularly to see what’s new. If you like to plan, you’ll love the fact that you can see what’s on the menu for the next six weeks, and schedule your deliveries in advance. That’s easy mealtimes, sorted in a click!
